		<description>Really, I haven&#039;t seen a proposal that answers this:  If I&#039;m 25 and healthy, why do I need to buy insurance?  I should have every right to take care of myself, eat well, and exercise without the need for an expensive &quot;safety net&quot; of insurance.</description>
